WHAT A HIDDEN GEM Literally debating moving to Livermore right now. Just opened my Redfin app to check for housing prices. Peking duck AMAZING Lamb skewers AMAZING Lamb shoulder hot pot AMAZING. Service AMAZING. Sauce bar AMAZING. All you can eat. AMAZING.

We got the spicy pork broth and it was delicious. Very porky. Service was quick and attentive. The food came out pretty quick as well. We tried the lamb and brisket, brisket was our favorite because it was a fattier piece. The Ramen noodles were also delicious and had a great chew. And all the vegetables are fresh. Be warned that your clothes are gonna smell like soup afterwards because it's steamy in there (which is expected), so maybe don't wear anything too special lol. I believe price was $30-$40 a head. I will definitely be back for this all you can eat hot pot.

I came here for weekend dinner to try this place. I felt like the soup wasn't as flavorful as other hot pot places, it was pretty bland in my opinion. Although it is ACYE, I was surprised by the portions that came out. When we asked for beef balls, dumpling, meats, I was surprised how much came on the plate. From my experience at other places, usually, it's not that many items so we usually have to ask for more but for this time, one dish/serving was a good size. There are some self-serve items including the sauces. I am a big fan of the sauces here. They have my favorite sa-tay sauce. I find that satay sauce is hit and miss at hot pot places since it's a Chinese style sauce so hot pot places that are more like shabu may not have it. I thought the service was fine, it wasn't amazing but wasn't horrible. We do have to flag the server couple times. This is located across the livermore outlets in the 99 Ranch complex.

This place is great! I have gone to this hot pot location a couple time now and it's amazing every time. The meat quality is on par with premium meats you would find anywhere else. They have a wide variety of choices including prepared food such as kebabs and honey walnut shrimp as well as cold foods and fresh fruit. This place has a good variety of meats, veggies, and other stuff such as tofu and fish balls. They also have a wide variety when it comes to the sauce bar which is always nice. All the times I've come here I've never had an issue with anything which is always nice. The customer service here is 10/10, one of the best customer service experiences I've had and honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

First time here. The service was excellent, was greeted as soon as we walked in the waiters were very attentive. He took time to explain everything to us. What was included in the "All you can eat" Hot Pot. The broth was delicious, the ingredients were pretty good too. They offered appetizers and dessert. The hot Chinese food was included in the price. For what we paid we thought it was worth every penny. Check them out and we'll be back there soon!

Service was great. Meat quality was great. Food selection was great. Sauce bar, just ok. Dessert options were yummy. Overall experience, not bad. Adults pay $29.99 Monday-Friday and children under a certain height pay $9.99. Even though my nephew barely ate anything, the $10 seems fair. Soup Bases: Pork bone was good. $5 extra if you wanted to get a split pot to get a different type of soup. But we opted out. Mainly ordered the lamb, beef and garlic beef. The quality of the meat was pretty good and the pork bone broth was great.

Came here for lunch to try out their AYCE hot pot. The place wasn't that busy when we got there. Probably about 4 tables were occupied. Our server was really sweet. She gave us the order sheet to pick our items. We picked the pork bone soup broth for our base. She showed us the make your own sauce cart and the ayce sides cart which has orange slices, jelly dessert dish, seaweed dish and one other dish. She suggested to pick about 10 items first for the both of us then add on when we need more. For the soup items we picked Angus beef slices x2 Quail eggs Udon noodles Napa cabbage Bean curd skin Fish ball Beef tendon ball Dumplings Honestly the items we picked were pretty standard but I didn't like the cabbage and or tofu skin. The cabbage was a bit bitter and wasn't really cut small enough. The tofu skin was tough to eat even after cooking it for awhile. The angus beef slices was ok, it was not as tender as other hot pot places but since it was sliced well (thin) it was still enjoyable to eat. The soup didn't taste like much but somehow works really well with the udon noodles. I was thinking of doing the 2 broth options but they charge you extra $5. 3 plus is extra $10. Our servers came by to drop off the order page again once she saw we were finishing our plates. The pot is huge definitely works for at least 3 people. We had lots of soup leftovers when we were done. Overall Food 3* Service 5* I don't know if I would come back specifically to this hot pot place. The pros is that you pick only the stuff you like to eat. So not a lot of leftovers. The cons is it's pretty darn expensive even for ayce during lunch. Other hot pot place even though it's cheaper they usually will pile up the veggies/sides and only give you minimal meat.

First timers! Very easy to order, simple menu, our waitress was nothing short of amazing, she was really funny too! I wish I caught her name. But she made the trip to TopPot that much better. Food came out fast, only wish they had more noodle options, also love that they have their own sauce, condiments station. As well as a dessert station. Would definitely return.
